Mixed Martial Arts

The original Martial Art. Mixed Martial Arts pre-dates back to around 650 B.C. in the Greek Pan-Hellenic Games with very similar rules as today’s Mixed Martial Arts competitions such as the Ultimate Fighting Championship and the World Extreme Cagefighting.

Coach Danny Daniels is training students in Mixed Martial Arts with a vast variety of goals. We have students of various ages training for general fitness, strength and conditioning, and all the way up to the professinal fighters. The Martial Arts is a great exercise program that will get you in shape while you are having fun and learning a skill set. Because of the fact that you are focusing on technique and having a good time doing it, you aren’t really thinking about it as exercise…….most of the time 🙂

With hard work comes results. We’re not trying to say it’s one big cake walk. What we are saying is, anyone can do it, and that it beats the crap out of getting on a treadmill or sitting on a piece of gym equipment doing the same thing every day.
